Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Acute Care Orthopedics unit, primarily on night shift in Fort Collins, CO.

You will provide evidence-based nursing care to postoperative and medical orthopedic patients and develop individualized care plans. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring for complications, collaborating with surgeons and therapists, educating patients and families on recovery, and ensuring safe discharges.

Qualifications
