Carle Health seeks an BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join Carle McLean County Orthopedics in Bloomington, Illinois. Fellowship training in Hand Surgery is required, with a strong team of colleagues and onsite imaging and therapy services.

The role features a clinic/surgery split (2 days clinic, 2 days surgery, and 0.5 day at outreach locations) and a 1:4 call schedule, with excellent benefits, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and tail malpractice coverage.

Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join Carle McLean County Orthopedics in Bloomington, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
• Join an established practice with 6 BC Orthopedic surgeons, 2 BC Pain Management Physicians, 1 Sports Medicine physician, 2 Surgical DPMs, 10 Advanced Practice Providers, 10 Physical Therapists, 3 Occupational Therapists, and a licensed Sports Psychologist
• Each surgeon has a dedicated RN within the clinic
• Clinic/Surgery split: 2 days clinic, 2 days surgery, and .5 day at one of our outreach clinic/surgery locations
• Call scheduled is 1:4
• High community referral base with opportunity to easily develop a patient panel; Carle McLean County Orthopedics has been providing comprehensive Orthopedic care to patients across Central Illinois since 1977
• Our state-of-the-art facility includes onsite imaging (MRI, digital X-ray, lower extremity X-ray, DEXA, ultrasound with Doppler, Fluoroscopy), same-day access to Orthopedic providers, in addition to surgical, pain management, and therapy services available onsite. Our Bone Health Clinic is located at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $700,000 - $750,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
