General Orthopaedic Surgeon (MD/DO) – Siler City, NC

We are recruiting a full‑time General Orthopaedic Surgeon to practice at UNC Chatham Hospital in Siler City, North Carolina, as part of the UNC Faculty Physicians Statewide Physician Model. This university‑affiliated role is overseen by the Department of Orthopaedics and aligned with the UNC School of Medicine.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive general orthopedic care and develop a broad‑based practice serving Chatham County and the surrounding region. While the primary focus is clinical care, the position offers affiliation with an academic medical center and opportunities for academic engagement. The role is designed to support the continued growth of orthopedic services across Chatham County, strengthen local access to musculoskeletal care, and enhance coordination with UNC Medical Center for patients requiring higher acuity services.

The surgeon will practice with a high degree of autonomy and should be comfortable functioning independently in a community environment while collaborating closely with UNC Orthopaedics faculty.
