North Alabama Bone and Joint Clinic (NABJC) in Florence, AL, seeks a Fellowship-Trained Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our established private practice with strong regional demand and immediate patient volume.

This is a unique opportunity to build a sustainable upper-extremity practice within a respected organization that has served the community for over 40 years, with clinical autonomy and mentorship across a large network.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery.
• Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery.
• Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license.
• Patient-focused, collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Distal humerus to fingertip surgery.
• Simple and complex fracture care.
• Arthroplasty and arthroscopy.
• Tendon and nerve repair/transfers.
• Optional shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty.

We are seeking aFellowship-Trained Hand & Upper Extremity Surgeonto join our established private practice with strong regional demand and immediate volume. Practice Scope

• Distal humerus to fingertip surgery
• Simple and complex fracture care
• Arthroplasty and arthroscopy
• Tendon and nerve repair/transfers
• Optional shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty based on interest

There is significant demand for hand and upper extremity services in the region, offering strong volume potential and long-term career stability, and regular Worker's Compensation cases.
