The successful candidate will provide high-level, patient-centered care and collaborate with a team of orthopaedic specialists. Join a physician-owned practice with autonomous clinical practice and a comprehensive musculoskeletal care network across five Pittsburgh-area offices.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery.
• Valid medical license with the ability to obtain a Pennsylvania license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations to assess medical history and current condition.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for Hand/Upper Extremity patients including surgical and non-surgical options.
• Perform hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder orthopedic procedures.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, INC, is seeking a highly skilled, fellowship trained Orthopaedic Hand, Shoulder, Upper Extremity Surgeon to join our team. As an Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with injuries or disorders of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Responsibilities

Due to practice growth, we are seeking a hand/shoulder/upper extremity orthopaedic surgeon to join our busy practice in 2026.

The successful candidate will provide a high-level of patient-centered care, promote practice growth and work collaboratively as part of a team.

As an independent practice, we accept all major insurances with a healthy payor mix. Our practice is highly elective. Minimal on-call emergency coverage, no level I trauma. Call is 1:9. Excellent hours and competitive benefits.
