CAO is one of the nation's largest orthopaedic practices, owned and operated by physicians, with over 60 locations across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and DC. Our Potomac Valley division has 12 specialists in general orthopaedics, joint replacement, spine surgery, sports medicine, hand, and physiatry. We have 5 convenient locations in Howard County and Montgomery County, MD. We have 2 Howard County locations in Columbia, as well as 3 Montgomery County locations in Olney, Germantown, and Silver Spring. We have a thriving physical therapy practice in each of our 5 offices, as well as a stand-alone clinic in Ellicott City, MD. We have a DME program, digital x-ray, and ultrasound in each of our locations.
