Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking an orthodontist to provide comprehensive orthodontic care in a state-of-the-art private practice serving a unique community. You will deliver treatment with fixed/removable appliances and aligners, on military bases if applicable, while enjoying full clinical autonomy and strong earning potential.

You will build lasting patient relationships and guide treatment from evaluation through completion, supported by modern technology and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program with Orthodontics Specialty.
• Active, unrestricted State Dental License.
• Ability to obtain a Real ID before starting.
• Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Warmly greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and valued.
• Conduct examinations, using x-rays and diagnostic tools to determine treatment plans.
• Provide orthodontic treatment using fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners.
• Perform necessary adjustments to appliances and educate patients throughout their treatment.
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a friendly, supportive experience.
