Job summary

Gentle Dental seeks a Full-Time Orthodontist to provide care across Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices in Oregon. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy while benefiting from a large network of resources and a rotating 4- and 5-day workweek schedule.

You’ll join established patient communities with a supportive team and four Oregon locations, maintaining continuity of care and focusing on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic Residency Certificate is required.
• Graduate of an accredited dental school.
• Current Oregon dental license by employment date or ability to obtain.
• CPR and NPI certifications are required.

Build your orthodontic practice across four established Gentle Dental locations in Oregon’s Willamette Valley — with the patient access, team support, and resources of a large dental group while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice your way.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for established patient communities and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice.

Your Practice Locations

You’ll provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley:

Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating weekly schedule, typically alternating between four- and five-day workweeks. The schedule is structured in advance across our established offices, providing consistency while supporting a strong patient base throughout the region.

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic Residency Certificate
