Job description

Fast Paced, Progressive, Well Established, and Collaborative Dental Kidds has a fast-growing orthodontic department and is looking to add an Orthodontist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice serving children and teens. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment. Dental Kidds leads the industry with state-of-the-art equipment, beautifully themed clinics, and the top 10% of teams in the United States. Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals.
  3. Perform various orthodontic procedures.
  4. Monitor patients' progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments as required.
  5. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  6. Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
  1. Valid orthodontic license or certification in the state/region of practice.
  2. Knowledge of orthodontic principles, techniques, and best practices.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $450,000 yearly
