Job summary

Smile & Co. Family Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to educate new patients about treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and foster strong patient relationships. You will present plans, guide payment options, and coordinate appointments to keep schedules full.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales or service background, and the ability to build rapport in a fast-paced practice. HS diploma required; college preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must be outgoing and empathetic with patients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum one year in sales or a service role.
  • High School diploma required; college preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on the plan of treatment.
  • Explain payment options and help arrange financing.
  • Follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment.
  • Prepare for patient exams and coordinate consultations.
  • Keep schedules full by contacting referred patients and scheduling.
  • Coordinate patients referred to specialists when needed.
  • Assist in local marketing and community events.
