Southern Orthodontic Partners is seeking an Orthodontic / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing Missouri practice. This full-time role focuses on case presentation, insurance verification, and dental financial coordination to help patients understand treatment options and financing, while supporting our production goals and high-quality patient experiences.

You will conduct new patient consultations, present treatment options clearly, explain fees and payment plans, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, or Dental Office Manager (Preferred)
• Strong background in treatment case presentation and case acceptance
• Experience with dental insurance verification and payment plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient consultations and treatment plan presentations
• Present orthodontic treatment options clearly and confidently
• Explain fees, payment plans, financing options, and insurance benefits
• Coordinate with orthodontists, orthodontic assistants, and front desk team
• Support production goals and patient retention
