Orthodontic Clinical Lead / Manager

We’re a successful, growing orthodontic practice looking for an experienced orthodontic assistant ready to step into a clinical leadership role.

This is not a typical high-volume orthodontic practice. Our philosophy is simple: quality over quantity, relationships over rushing, and a stress-free experience for both patients and our team. Compensation

For the right candidate who can confidently perform the full scope of orthodontic clinical duties, we offer an excellent hourly rate well above the typical $20–$24.50/hour orthodontic assistant range.

Starting compensation: $25–$30/hour

The Role

Experience is a must. We’re looking for someone who can ultimately lead and manage the clinical side of the practice as we build and expand our support team.

Our primary focus is Invisalign, although we also treat bracket cases. You should be comfortable with the full range of orthodontic clinical duties, including:

• Direct and indirect bonding
• Wire changes and adjustments
• Invisalign clinical procedures
• Comprehensive orthodontic assisting
• Patient education and communication
• Maintaining a smooth, organized clinical workflow
• Taking on increasing leadership and management responsibilities as the practice grows

Important

Until the experienced support team is fully in place, this position will include full clinical duties. We’re looking for a true leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help build something great.

Our Clinical Philosophy

The average orthodontic assistant sees 20–40 patients per day. We’re different. We typically see 6–10 patients per day, with approximately 45 minutes dedicated to each patient rather than the typical 15-minute appointment.
