Job summary

Rothenberg Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will deliver positive clinical experiences while adhering to state laws under the supervision of an Orthodontist.

Responsibilities include appliance placement/removal, chart review, lab procedures, remote monitoring, and patient education. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, with emphasis on infection control and patient flow management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of orthodontic experience or six months as Orthodontic Clinician I.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records under supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Perform procedures to maintain schedule and patient flow.
• Review patient charts and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Assist in final checks on patients and lead patient flow.
• Administer remote monitoring dashboard including triage of patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatory per protocols.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
