Job summary

Seder Orthodontics in Chicago is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician to join our growing team. You will deliver positive clinical experiences to patients under the supervision of an Orthodontist, following policies and state dental laws.

Responsibilities include placing and removing appliances, bonding brackets, reviewing charts, assisting with lab work, managing patient flow, and supporting remote monitoring and education for patients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience as an Orthodontic Clinician II.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Places and removes orthodontic appliances and takes full records under general supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Performs bonding, placing, and expert positioning of brackets.
• Reviews patient charts, logs appropriate patient data and transcribes doctor notes.
• Performs laboratory procedures under limited supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Performs final checks on patients and leads patient flow.
• Manages the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, responds to direct patient messages, and triages notifications.
• Educates patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Cleans, sterilizes, and prepares the equipment and operatory following standard protocols.
• Assists in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Adheres to all infection-control policies and protocols.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $29.95
