Job summary

Pony Express Orthodontics in Utah is seeking a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to support the orthodontist chairside, take radiographs, set up the operatory, and help create a calm, positive patient experience.

This role requires prior dental or orthodontic experience, X-ray and CPR certification, and a detail‑oriented, team‑focused mindset. Schedule includes Tue/Wed/Thu across Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, and Daybreak locations.

• Support the orthodontist chairside during procedures (assist with bonding, debonding brackets, placing aligner attachments)
• Take radiographs, CT scans, and set up operatory equipment
• Provide a calm and positive environment for patients, building a relationship that makes them feel comfortable.

Part Time

Schedule:

• Tues, Wed, & Thurs
• Tues: Saratoga Springs, 9:30 - 5:30 (6:30 - 2:30 in summer)
• Wed: Eagle Mountain, 9:30 - 6:30 (6:30 - 2:30 in summer)
• Thurs: Daybreak, 9:30 - 6:30
