Job summary

Bennion Lambourne Orthodontics in Sheridan, WY is seeking a reliable orthodontic assistant to join a growing practice. This is a full-time 32-40 hour/week role with shifts 7 am–5 pm and travel to our Gillette, WY location as needed. Training is available in-office for candidates without experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer service role, preferably medical.
• Excellent relations with patients and office staff.
• Works well as part of a team and can improvise in busy settings.
• Interested in learning orthodontics; self-motivated under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides continual and exceptional customer service for all patients.
• Maintains cleanliness and sterilizes when not assisting.
• Assists doctors in procedures efficiently and effectively.
• Keeps patients safe and HIPAA compliant.
• Arrives on time for all shifts and follows training guidelines.
• Learns office policies and workflows and handles downtime effectively.
• Reviews communications and updates via company email/board.
