Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the Orthodontist, prepare operatories, and assist during examinations and orthodontic treatments.

Travel between North Little Rock, Conway, and Russellville clinics will be required. Prior orthodontic assisting experience is highly helpful; dental assisting background is welcome. We value customer service, independence, and teamwork in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting background is helpful but not mandatory.
• Orthodontic assisting experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Communicate treatment needs clearly to patients and parents using the prescribed plan.
• Identify and ensure signed consent forms and prior authorization requirements.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during care.
• Document all treatments accurately in dental records.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
• Travel between North Little Rock, Conway, and Russellville clinics as required.
