Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to support the doctor and patients across our West Memphis and nearby clinics. You will perform clinical and technical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed Orthodontist, prepare operatory and equipment, and assist during examinations and ortho treatment.

Ideal candidates have a dental assisting background; orthodontic experience is highly helpful, and bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting background is helpful but not mandatory.
• Orthodontic assisting experience is highly beneficial.
• Bilingual Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Orthodontist with patients to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Prepare patient operatory and equipment; assist the doctor during examination and ortho treatment.
• Provide clear documentation of treatment using electronic and paper records.
• Perform general housekeeping and restocking as needed.
• Support our travel team for West Memphis, Blytheville, Helena and Forest City clinics.
