Job summary

Smile Doctors of Maryland PC is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician III to deliver exceptional clinical care under the supervision of an Orthodontist. You will place and remove appliances, bond brackets, manage patient flow, and oversee remote monitoring with a focus on patient education and safety.

The role requires familiarity with dental records, infection-control policies, and collaboration with marketing and community events. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience as an Orthodontic Clinician II.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Places and removes orthodontic appliances and takes full records under general supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Performs bonding, placing, and expert positioning of brackets.
• Reviews patient charts, logs appropriate patient data and transcribes doctor notes.
• Performs laboratory procedures under limited supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Performs final checks on patients and leads patient flow.
• Manages the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, responds to direct patient messages, and triages notifications.
• Educates patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Cleans, sterilizes, and prepares the equipment and operatory following standard protocols.
• Assists in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Adheres to all infection-control policies and protocols.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.70
