Job summary

Westrock Orthodontics seeks a compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our Travel Team. You will work chairside with the Orthodontist in two clinics—Hot Springs and Texarkana—delivering precise care and a welcoming patient experience.

You’ll assist with exams, place and remove appliances, sterilize, document treatment notes, and educate patients on care. Travel flexibility and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth visits and outstanding outcomes for every patient.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dental or orthodontic assisting.
• Familiarity with orthodontic appliances, terminology, and patient workflow.
• Strong communication and empathetic patient care.
• Willingness to travel between Hot Springs and Texarkana practices.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting with orthodontists during exams and treatments.
• Place and remove archwires, bands, and appliances.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, efficient operatory workflows.
• Educate patients on appliance care and oral hygiene to support treatment goals.
