Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in North Augusta, SC. You will join the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while maintaining a supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting changes in condition, and upholding safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Associates or diploma in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• RN licensure with multi-state compact preferred (RN-COMPACT).

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with the patient care team.
• Document patient assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and professional standards across care.
• Support Shared Governance initiatives and contribute to quality improvement.
