Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) at Morton Plant Hospital for a full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am).

You will care for a group of patients with minimal supervision, applying the nursing process and clinical standards, delegating appropriate tasks, and maintaining professional accountability.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS if required by department, 6 months RN experience, and an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• RN license (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS certification if required by department.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other health care team members.
