Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Ortho Registered Dental Assistant to support the orthodontic team in San Jose, CA. You will assist with bonding, debonding, seating patients, taking x-rays, and charting to ensure quality patient care.

You’ll need 1–2 years of recent ortho experience, an active RDA license and CPR, and a friendly, detail-oriented, patient-facing demeanor. Travel to other offices may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment area and greet/seating patient.
• Assist in bonding and debonding of orthodontic appliances.
• Perform ortho adjustments and take x-rays.
• Record and store ortho data; chart in patient records.
• Maintain infection control and clean, safe work environment.
• Travel to other office locations as needed.
