Job summary

Skills Alliance, a growing orthopaedic medical device company in the United States, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy, lifecycle, and go-to-market plan for its Large Joints portfolio. You will work directly with surgeons, sales, and engineering to translate clinical needs into impactful products that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus.
• 5+ years of product marketing/management in orthopedics (MUST HAVE).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 30 to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle management of implants, instruments, and literature.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to sharpen pricing and positioning.
• Develop annual marketing plans and pricing strategies from concept to execution.
• Provide field education and training for surgeons and reps, including case coverage.
• Participate in new product development project teams.
• Build relationships with orthopedic surgeons through real dialogue.
• Manage sample inventory planning and forecasting.
