Schedule:

Full Time

Shift:

Monday-Friday, various shifts available (8-10 hours)

The Community You’ll Be Caring For:

Physical Therapy Patients in various clinics including Lake Mary, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, and New Smyrna Beach.

The Role You’ll Contribute:

Conduct physical therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

The Value You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on Physical Therapist evaluations, modifying as needed based on assessments and consultations.
• Collect patient data and communicate discharge recommendations to the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in practice improvements and support quality standards.
• Maintain clinical competencies and serve as a clinical instructor.
• Engage in marketing efforts to build referral relationships and support community awareness initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support Certification required
• Current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant or Temporary License required
• Prior outpatient Orthopedic experience is preferred
