Job summary

BayCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse for the Orthopedics unit on the nights shift (per diem) at Mease Countryside. The role involves independently caring for a group of patients using the nursing process, delegating appropriate tasks to the care team, and maintaining professional accountability.

This pool position supports needs across the department and requires strong clinical skills. Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS if required, and 18 months of acute care or specialty

Qualifications

• RN required with 18 months acute care/specialty experience.
• BLS required for licensed nurses.
• ACLS if required by department per unit policy.
