Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a travel RN for a Medical-Surgical/Orthopedic unit in North Dakota. This 13-week assignment involves 12-hour shifting with day-night rotation, caring for patients in a joint replacement center.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of nursing experience, with MS and orthopedic exposure preferred. BLS is required, and BSN is not required. Duties include medication administration, patient assessment, pre/post-op care, and collaboration with CNAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
• Medical-surgical and orthopedic care experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required; BSN not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients.
• Assess and chart patient status in EPIC.
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and post-op care.
• Assist with blood products administration and education to patients.
• Collaborate with CNAs to provide comprehensive care.
• Care for orthopedic and joint replacement patients; trauma and MS patients.
• Follow unit protocols; work in a team-based environment.
