NOW Healthcare Recruiting is seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join its dynamic team in Tyler, Texas. This role includes working with a physician-led group known for excellent patient care, with a call schedule of 3-4 days per month. The ideal candidate is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and holds a Texas Medical License. Benefits include competitive compensation, sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and no state income tax. Qualifications

• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with Fellowship in Hand and/or Upper Extremity.

• Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join one of the best Orthopedic groups in Northeast Texas.


• Currently serving Tyler and its surrounding communities.


• Dynamic and team‑oriented physician to join its team of 14 dedicated Surgeons and 5 Advanced Practice Providers in Tyler, Texas.


• Call: 3‑4 days per month.


• Ortho Hand role with some general ortho call coverage.
