Qualifications
State licensed as an Orthodontic Assistant Permit (OAP).
At least five years of experience as a dental assistant.
Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable.
Discuss dental care plan with patients and answer any questions.
Take record and dental history.
Prep sterilized equipment for procedures.
Assist dentist during procedures and exams.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
