Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing from CCNE/ACEN accredited program
• Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
• CPR/BLS certified
• Knowledge of triage procedures
• Clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
• Knowledge of administration of medications and patient care aids
• Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
• Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinic team members to provide evidence-based patient-centered care
• Helps patients stay up to date on their care plans
• Focus on high-risk medically complex patients
• Acts as a liaison with patient’s family members and other agencies
