Job summary

Western Dental / Brident is seeking a motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for both new and experienced licensees. The role supports orthodontic and specialty teams, with extensive training programs to advance your dental career and enhance patient care.

Opportunities span general density departments and specialties including Ortho, Pedo, Perio, Endo and Oral Surgery, with a competitive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• RDA license required or eligible (new or experienced).
• Willingness to train and advance within the practice.
• Experience in ortho, pedo, perio, endo, or oral surgery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in clinical procedures across general dentistry and specialties.
• Support orthodontic, pedo, perio and endodontic teams as needed.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during visits.
