Job summary

Intermountain Health's St. Marys Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care on the 8 Med/Surg unit.

The nurse will coordinate with LPNs/CNAs and use the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment. The unit offers opportunities for professional growth, a supportive team, and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• RN must obtain BSN within four years of hire unless 15 years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Current BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with health team members and supervise LPNs/CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital, regulatory, and policy guidelines.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and care improvement initiatives.
