Job summary

Hilldrup, located in Orlando, FL, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure accurate records and safety compliance. You will coordinate with the Logistics Department and manage schedules, inventory, and process documentation to support Hilldrup’s logistics efforts.

You will supervise personnel, collaborate with drivers, and maintain a safe, organized facility while operating forklifts and pallet wrapping equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited university.
• Two to four years warehouse experience.
• Six months to one year forklift experience.
• One to two years in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Track inbound/outbound inventory and set up new customers using systems.
• Oversee inbound inventory and use of the WMS.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep.
• Operate forklifts and pallet wrapping machines as needed.
• Promote safety protocols and keep claims low.
• Process paperwork and manage service providers’ documentation.
• Communicate between warehouse and office team.
