Job summary

All City Management Services in Orlando, FL is hiring an Area Supervisor to lead and support our School Crossing Guard program. This hands-on leadership role combines employee coaching, community engagement, and field operations to help ensure students travel safely to and from school each day.

The seasonal, part-time position follows the local school calendar with about 6 hours per day and $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using smartphones and email.
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Orlando area preferred for faster response times.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing Guards.
• Provide daily support and field supervision.
• Conduct site visits, safety observations, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules.
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when needed.
• Complete payroll and administrative reporting.
