Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling for mental health and substance use.
• Lead skills-based training sessions that help people navigate stress and burnout.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to large groups and culture events.
• Partner with leaders on relationship dynamics, communication, and performance health.
• Facilitate New Employee Culture Training and onboard newcomers.
