This role serves as a central execution partner to OD Managers and Program Leads, ensuring programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule across the organization.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs concurrently, often at different stages of planning, enrollment, delivery, and follow‑up. The Coordinator operates with routine direction and is expected to execute established workflows, verify requirements, and proactively resolve issues while partnering closely with the Sr. Coordinator, OD Managers, and Program Leads.
