Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in Agriculture Supervision.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• English required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily land preparation and transplanting activities.
• Maintain appropriate soil moisture levels in crops.
• Perform maintenance on drip irrigation stations and production equipment.
• Process Material Application System tickets for inventory control.
• Participate in variety and production trials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and organic certification requirements.
• Undertake additional tasks to support business objectives.
