Preethi Multispecialty Hospitals is seeking a Transplant Coordinator to oversee patient evaluation, donor coordination, and post-transplant follow-up. The role requires coordinating with multiple clinical teams, ensuring documentation, and maintaining patient confidentiality per hospital policies.

The position involves regulatory compliance, communication with organ allocation networks, and education of patients and families throughout the transplant process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Life Sciences or a relevant healthcare discipline.
• Healthcare administration or transplant coordination experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate evaluation and registration of transplant recipients and donors.
• Explain transplant process, investigations, and follow-up requirements to patients and families.
• Coordinate pre-transplant assessment, scheduling, and post-transplant care.
• Maintain accurate patient and donor records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with ICU, OT, Blood Bank, Laboratory, and other departments.
