Job summary

New England Donor Services is seeking an Organ Clinical Coordinator to screen donor suitability, coordinate organ recovery logistics, and support transplant teams. You will interact with surgeons, coordinators, and hospital staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, medical terminology knowledge, and strong communication. 12-hour shifts are required; some remote work may be possible after orientation in Waltham, MA.

• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Must live within 60-90 minutes from Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming referral calls and screen for donor suitability.
• Coordinate logistics of organ recoveries and placement for transplantation.
• Serve as hospital/ transplant center liaison with surgeons and coordinators.
