Job summary

Broker Solutions is seeking an experienced Oregon real estate broker to serve as the Designated Broker of Record. You will provide licensed supervision and compliance oversight while our corporate team handles administration and day-to-day operations.

In this part-time, independent contractor role, you will oversee licensed activities in Oregon, review trust account reconciliations, supervise licensees, and ensure regulatory compliance. Oregon licensure and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Oregon Real Estate Broker License active or eligible for reactivation before start date.
• Working knowledge of Oregon brokerage supervision and trust account requirements.
• Clean disciplinary record with the Oregon Division of Real Estate.
• Organized, responsive, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Designated Broker of Record and provide oversight for the brokerage's licensed activities in Oregon.
• Review and approve monthly trust account reconciliations prepared by our accounting team.
• Supervise affiliated licensees and review transactions or management agreements as required.
• Ensure brokerage licensing, advertising, and records meet Oregon Division of Real Estate requirements.
• Be available for compliance questions, required signatures, and regulatory communications.
• Maintain your Oregon broker license, including continuing education.
