Job summary

FDH Aero in Oklahoma City is hiring an Order Verification Associate to support the fulfillment process by verifying orders against inventory, preparing materials, and performing basic quality checks. • Conduct quality checks on packaging, labeling and documentation for compliance.

• Maintain records of verified orders and discrepancies for reporting.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to stay compliant.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

We Are Looking For

The Order Verification Associate is responsible for ensuring order accuracy and inventory integrity. This role supports the fulfillment process by verifying customer orders against inventory records under close supervision, preparing materials for shipment, and conducting basic quality checks. This role serves as a key check and balance measure to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As an Order Verification Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Review and verify outgoing orders against customer purchase orders and internal documentation.
• Ensure all items, quantities, and packaging meet company and customer requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies, such as incorrect items, quantities, or labeling issues, before shipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse pickers, packers, and shipping teams to resolve order discrepancies.
• Conduct quality checks on packaging, labeling, and documentation for compliance.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking tools to confirm order accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of verified orders and discrepancies for reporting purposes.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

• Basic verbal communication skills to report issues and follow directives
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures under supervision

Special Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• ITAR Requirement
• 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
