Job description


The Order Support Representative I interfaces with customers, sales representatives, and other individuals via phone to handle several different pre-sales and post-sales service functions


How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Serves the inbound phone queue.

  • Helps promote and maintain a positive company image.

  • Plays a crucial role in removing friction from the customer experience and improving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist customers with inquiries or concerns related to products or services.

  • Processes orders received via phone queue.

  • Research and resolve accounting, pricing, and shipping issues.

  • Monitor customer orders and keep customers informed of order status.

  • Escalates issues as appropriate.

  • Additional tasks, as assigned by Supervisor.


What You Bring:



  • Education: High school diploma. Some college coursework is preferred.

  • Work Experience: 2+ years' experience in Customer Service/Sales Support or similar environment.

  • People and Phone Skills.

  • High quality customer service skills.

  • Basic understanding of customer relationship management.

  • Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $34,500 to $59,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
