Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Frankfort, IN is hiring a Case Picker to support food product warehouse operations.

You will perform case picking, palletizing, and safe operation of material handling equipment while contributing to a fast-paced team environment. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO from month 1, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must have adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established GMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour
• Schedule: Friday/Saturday 5:30am-4:00pm and Monday/Tuesday 4:30pm-3:00am
