Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Summersville, WV is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our distribution team. You will handle picking, packing, truck loading, and shipping of wine, spirits, and beer, using scanners and forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role features a noon start, about 10–12 hour shifts, a four-day workweek Monday–Thursday, and a pay rate of $18.50 per hour plus incentive opportunities. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use scanning devices to pick and ship products.
• Maintain standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate manual and power equipment.
• Load product into delivery trucks; ensure proper loading to minimize damage.
• Check products and packaging for quality prior to shipping.
• Remove damaged products from inventory and handle per procedures.
• Review orders for shipment accuracy.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Mountain State Beverage is proud to supply all 55 counties in West Virginia with over 2,000 different varieties of Wine, Spirits, and Craft Beer.

Schedule

• Shift hours starting at Noon until completion
• Approximately 10-12 hours per shift
• 4 Day Work Week, Monday through Thursday

Pay: $18.50/hour plus incentive opportunities

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain set work standards for picking orders.
• Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment.
• Loading of product into delivery trucks. Ensure proper loading to minimize damage during transport.
• Check products and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping.
• Ensure all damaged products are properly removed from inventory and handled in accordance with procedures.
• Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols.
• Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines.
• Ability to safely lift 40-60 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent or equivalent experience.
