Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks and transport products within the facility, including in cool and frozen areas.
• Travel along aisles and throughout the warehouse to retrieve and place products, using full reach and ladders as needed.
• Transport products manually to and from stock areas, using protective equipment and voice pick systems.
• Identify product placement based on instructions.
• Communicate effectively using auditory signals, verbal cues, and written symbols.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet departmental goals, demonstrating integrity, tact, and customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; prior warehouse and equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Must be safety-minded, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to read, speak, and interpret instructions in English.
• Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Work Environment
