Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Phoenix to ensure on-time departure of Dairy Maid items while maintaining service levels in a -18 degree warehouse environment. The role requires operating an electric pallet jack, moving pallets and totes, and wrapping orders for shipment.

Expected duties include stocking pick slots, cleaning and organizing the warehouse, and maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One month or more related experience.
• Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in temperature controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack to move racks, pallets, and totes.
• Place products from pick slots to a pallet, rack, or tote and wrap orders with stretch wrap.
• Clean warehouse duties including sweeping, stacking pallets, leveling product, and removing ice and debris.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour + differential and incentive

Schedule is Sunday - Thursday 6:00am - Finish

This position will be responsible for selecting Dairy Maid account items to ensure all routes depart on time while maintaining the required service level for Company in a warehouse environment, where the average temperature is -18Degress F.

• Operating an electric pallet jack to move racks, pallets, and totes.
• Placing products from the pick slots to a pallet, rack, or tote and wrapping orders with stretch wrap.
• Cleaning warehouse including but not limited to: sweeping, stacking pallets, leveling product in pick slots, and removing ice and debris.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One month or more related experience
• Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work in various temperature controlled zones ranging from -5 F to ambient temperature

Physical Demands:

• Regularly standing and walking
• Ability to reach and handle objects, tools, or controls.
• Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
