Job summary

CVS Health is hiring an Order Selector to join our warehouse team and help fulfill store orders with accuracy and speed. This full-time role involves picking items, packing into totes, and maintaining safety and productivity on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–12am).

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a $0.75 shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), insurance, stock purchase program, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally as a team lift.
• Able to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience - willing to train if no warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick store orders which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
• Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box.
• Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
• Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
• Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
• Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse.
