Integrity Staffing Solutions in Aberdeen, MD is seeking an Order Selector Forklift Driver to partner with our client, a leading Italian foodservice distributor, for warehouse duties near Aberdeen. The role offers $21/hr plus bonus with opportunities for overtime and growth.

You will pick, sort, and palletize products using a stand-up electric pallet jack. The position requires at least 6 months of distribution center experience, electric pallet jack operation, and the ability to lift up to 80

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of distribution center/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is required.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
• Ability to follow safe working practices and work independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds and stand/walk/climb.
• Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using selecting documents.
• Select and separate products by account and stop number per labels.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions and build pallets per guidelines.
• Maintain production standards and minimize errors.
• Transport orders with a stand-up electric pallet jack to the staging area.
• Return completed documents to Shipping per specifications.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
• Maintain good attendance and safe work practices.

We’re looking for Order Selector Forklift Drivers to work with our client in Aberdeen, MD! $21/hr. plus bonus with a leading Italian foodservice distributor in the Eastern U.S., delivering quality food products, value, and reliable service primarily to the Italian restaurant and pizzeria segment.

Pay Rate

$21/hr.

Shift Schedule

• Sun-Mon 5pm to finish, Tues 6pm to finish, Wens-Thurs 5pm to finish

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up proper selecting documents prior to the order selection process.
• Select and separate products by account and stop number as designated by the computer-generated label.
• Match product description with label description. Build pallets according to customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards, while minimizing errors.
• Transport, via stand‑up electric pallet jack, the completed orders to the appropriate staging area.
• Return completed selecting documents to proper collection site per Shipping Department specifications.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.
• Must maintain good attendance.
• Maintain safe work practices.
• Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
• While performing the duties of this position, the associate is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) months of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere is preferred.
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is required.
• Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed.
• Ability to efficiently work independently of direct supervision.
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• Must be able to carry, lift, and/or move up to 80 pounds.
• The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
