Job summary

Saputo Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a Warehouse Associate to perform trailer inspections, load/unload product using RF scanners, and ensure accurate paperwork. You will receive product from POs, verify counts, assist with put-away and picking, and participate in safety and quality programs.

Candidates must read and communicate in English, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work overtime, and thrive in a cold warehouse environment. Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer inspections for inbound/outbound orders; ensure trailers are secured and temperature requirements met.
• Load/unload product using RF scanners; ensure accurate paperwork and coordinate with shift supervisor and QC.
• Receive product from POs or internal transfers; verify counts, codes, dates, pallet counts, and damages.
• Ensure outbound shipments meet weight distribution, accuracy, and compliance.
• Put-away received product into storage and replenish pick locations; full pallet picking for orders.
• Complete daily Powered Industrial Truck inspections and report concerns.
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Report hazards to management; participate in required trainings and meetings.

Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

How you will make contributions that matter

• Performs trailer inspections for all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring that all trailers are properly secured before entering, that temperature requirements are met, including food safety and quality regulations.
• Responsible for loading and unloading of product through use of Radio Frequency scanners; accuracy and completeness of paperwork, and closely working with shift supervisor, quality control and inventory control to address any discrepancies or issues with each load.
• Correctly receives product from incoming purchase orders or intra‑company stock transfers, ensuring correct case counts, code date, pallet count and condition, and recording of any damages resulting from transit.
• Responsible for the overall quality of outbound shipments, correct weight distribution within trailers, accuracy and compliance.
• Put‑away of received product into storage location, replenishment of pick locations and full pallet picking for customer orders.
• Completes daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspection, ensuring safe operation and reporting any concerns to maintenance personnel or shift supervisor.
• Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices, Saputo's food safety, quality programs and regulatory requirements.
• Promptly reports all potential quality, food safety, and workplace safety hazards to management team.
• Attends and participates in all required training, shift meetings and committees.

Position Abilities and Physical Requirements

• Work in a warehouse environment, including noise, cold temperatures, standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs, and maneuvering around material handling equipment consistently throughout the shift.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted continuously throughout the shift.
• Wearing personal protective equipment and following all established procedures.
• Good visual acuity to distinguish colors; specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Fine manipulation and hand dexterity, including ability to grip, squeeze, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to work overtime on a daily and/or weekly basis.

Pay $27.14 per hour + shift differential.
