Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role picks merchandise according to store orders, places items on pallets, and prepares shipments for transport. Starting rate is $18.00/hr with a $1.00 differential for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).

Anticipated 40 hours per week in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position emphasizes accuracy, safety and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the CVS Health distribution

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
• Education High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
